An Evening With Nuvo: Chelmer Build Showcase

On Thursday, 26 March 2026, Nuvo invited the public to tour our Chelmer build.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are true to our values: approachable, considered, reliable, and grounded. To best showcase these core values within our team, we came up with the idea to showcase exactly what we do.

On Thursday, 26 March, Nuvo invited the public to step through the doorway of our Chelmer build, which offered the opportunity to see what we create in real life and meet the people behind our builds. Both drinks and conversations were flowing, and the 50+ people in attendance witnessed our work with their own eyes.

About Our Chelmer Build

Flood Overlays

This Nuvo home was built in a flood overlay. Builders typically shy away from this challenge, or use a template, but we want to show you that we design unique, beautiful homes no matter the land challenge.

Knockdown Rebuild

Many houses located in Chelmer and surrounding suburbs have been impacted by flooding, creating a great opportunity for a knockdown & rebuild. It's the best of both worlds: you remain in the location you know and love, but refresh your home to suit your current lifestyle.

Unique Design Choices

Asymmetrical windows, a tailored floorplan, stone feature walls, and marble backsplashes are just a few of the creative features seen at our Chelmer build.

Maximising Suburban Space

When you want to build in suburbia, that shouldn't mean your home should feel small. We can work with any land size to create something that feels open, comfortable, and never cramped.
